Single Therapy Session (60 minutes) - £95
Suitable for maintenance or top-up sessions, one off support.
Phobia Resolution Package (4 x 60 minute sessions) - £380
Ideal for specific fears and phobias. 4 sessions is the typical number required for effective phobia work.
4 Session Therapy Support Program (4 x 60 minute sessions) - £380
Recommended for mild to moderate anxiety, stress , overwhelm and confidence boost, weight management, sleep issues.
6 Session Therapy Support Program (6 x 60 minute sessions) - £540
Recommended for deeper long-standing issues, including anxiety, IBS and pain related issues, habits and behavioural patterns, confidence and self-esteem issues.
8 Session Therapy Support Program (8 x 60 minute sessions) £720
Best suited for long-standing complex issues, deeper emotional or trauma based work.
Stop Smoking/Vaping Cessation Therapy (1 x 90 minute session) - £200
This is a one-off session lasting 1.5 hours. No initial consultation is necessary.
During your initial consultation, I will recommend the most appropriate package based on your goals and the nature of the issue. Payment plan is available for the 8 session program. Please ask during your initial consultation.
I offer sessions via Zoom in the privacy and comfort of your own home. All you need is a laptop or iPad, and a room where you won’t be disturbed, with a comfortable chair. This enables me to work with clients around the world.
Payment is due at the end of each session by cash or via bank transfer 24 hours before the session please. 24 hours notice is required for cancellation otherwise the session will be charges at the full rate.
